Fellow Prayer Warriors

Through united, persevering, intercessory prayer in the name of Jesus, we are able to tear down and demolish Satan’s strongholds. However, the devil does not stand by, watching the demise of his kingdom of darkness. He attacks and counterattacks.

Therefore, we who are praying regularely for Muslims need to uphold one another in prayer. Let us uplift one another, and may our prayers be initiated and empowered by the Spirit of God. He knows the needs of our praying brothers and sisters and leads us to intercede for one another.

Prayer

Almighty God, our refuge and protector, our shield and stronghold, I ask that you cover and protect all my brothers and sisters who are joining their hearts together in prayer for Muslims. Surround them with your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12). Protect them, O Lord, with your mighty hand. Help them to “put on the whole armor of God” so that they will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil (Epesians 6:11).

Give them victory when they come under the assault of the enemy, who tries to inflict disease, strife, loss, sin, distraction, and suffering. Heal those who are sick today and encourage those who are down. Draw us all closer to you by your forgiving love and your peace.

Teach us to intercede for one another without giving up. Teach us to stand firm in our faith in you. Guard our unity in you. You are the victorious King and Lord, above all others.

I ask for the sake of the blood of Jesus Christ, the Lamb who was slain for us. Amen.

Promise

Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down (Revelation 12:10, NIV).
